Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sri Kaveri Homestay, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while also allowing us to manage our bookings efficiently. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing or by phone. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the check-in date, one night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

In case of no-shows or early check-outs, no refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special discounted bookings may be labeled as non-refundable. These bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Any transaction, service, or processing charges incurred during the payment are non-refundable.

Reservation Changes

Modifications to your reservation, such as change of dates or number of guests, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in. Additional charges may apply based on the updated booking.

Force Majeure

In case of unavoidable events like natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, we will evaluate cancellations and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
